Hello, I just wanted to take a moment to thank Romania T. from customer service for taking the time to answer my call today and for helping me resolve the issues with my account. I appreciate the time she spent advocating on my behalf. Her assistance resulted in my account being credited in full for several months of discounts that had fallen off of my bill. The additional savings will go a long way toward providing for my family. I am very appreciative of Verizon for providing discounted service to U.S. military and veterans. I feel like a valued customer because of the help people like Romania are able and willing to provide. Thank you.
