Customer support for 5G Internet

Enrolled in Paperless but get monthly paper letter warning to set preferences or be disenrolled. The text number is set to the gateway and cannot be changed since I use a Trafone. Customer service refuses both the Verizon gateway number and the TracFone number. How do I get customer support besides sending request using snail mail?

Fix is to log into the gateway's setup pages, which should include a tab for the messages sent to the gateway phone number. Then respond to the message from Paperless to confirm the number.  I also turned off all the SMS messages. Messages will now only go to my email.
