• Hello all, I'm having so much trouble just trying to get in contact with anyone down at Verizon. The guy who sold me home internet said I would only pay $20 a month per a new years promotion or something. So I sign up. Then when I received the modem, parts and login it's says I'm paying $60 a month, so I message the Verizon agent who sold me the plan, and he said he would send a link, then just blocked me. I wasn't being rude or anything, I was sold on a good deal, and wasn't supplied what I was told. I feel like I got absolutely played and it was all through legit Verizon sales people.
