Hello, I have noticed a few things in my home network and I want to understand port forwarding to troubleshoot. My router is located in Fairfax County Virginia. For starters is there a list I can reference for default port forwarding set by Verizon? Thanks.

As the Verizon person mentioned - you'll want to give your router model number.

There isn't a default port forwarding - but UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) is turned on by default. This should do MOST forwarding that you need if your software/device supports it.

Hello, shafsyed1, thanks for reaching out. You mentioned you're looking for assistance as far as troubleshooting. Are you running into an issue with your Home Internet? Is this in reference to wireless or Fios services?
