Today I noticed $216.50 ($200 + tax) was posted to my account ([phone number removed per the Verizon Terms of Service]) for non return internet gateway. UPS (tracking number 1ZB3469R0601582403) delivered it on July 26, 2024. Can you please fix this? Thank you. Hien

The same thing happened to me. I returned mine June 28th. I have called verizon twice and no one has ever called me back. Worse they even canceled my first ticket, without notice. I think my next step is the https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us/articles/360001201223-Phone-Form-Descriptions-of-Complai... some others on their forum said that the BBB was able to help.

Yes, that is my next step.  I already chat and called customer service. It’s going nowhere and a waste of my time.
