I switched to 5.0 home internet yesterday, and just realized I have a device with a 2.4 connection. Does that mean I can no longer use it?
Hey, laruef! We hope you're loving that home internet. If we're working with 5G Home, the unit is designed to connect with both 5.0 and 2.4 ghz connections. For most 5G Home devices, you can follow the steps here to configure the settings, but they're almost always set to auto: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-227029/ We hope this help!
