Didn’t Receive $200 Target Gift Card and Switch

We purchased the home internet over 65 days ago and contacted Verizon customer service and they said we would get a link awhile ago but we never did. We have it on our receipt when we purchased the home internet we would get a switch and a Target Gift Card so we are pretty bummed! The internet is great, just didn’t receive the link ever to redeem the items. Is there anything else we can do? Thank you!

I didn’t receive my Nintendo switch or the gift card and I was a brand new customer. I have the receipts and everything in my email as well if could help me also. Thank you

Good Morning.  I had the same issue.  when I purchased Verizon service, the incentive was a $200 Target gift card.  I had to wait 60 days to redeem and while I was waiting those 60 days, the promotion was switched to a Chromebook, which I have no use for.  I called and spoke to someone at the gift card department and she told me that she couldn't do anything for me because the promotion was no longer on my account and that it had been swapped for the Chromebook.  I am very upset about this, as I specifically chose Verizon because of this incentive.  I am hoping that I can speak to someone else that may be able to assist.
