My HP all-in-one printer says it won't automatically answer faxes if my system has a voice mail service. I have terminated the Verizon voicemail service but if I call the line I have dedicated to the fax machine, it goes after about eight rings to "enter the remote access code" instead of connecting to the fax. What can I do to disable remote access?
Hi I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your fax machine. We are at a disconnect to how your services are set up to continue. Are you running your fax machine directly through your 5G Internet? Can you please clarify what you mean by the line dedicated to the fax machine?
