I recently switched to Verizon due to the military discount, and Verizon forward NY discount. My bill was $44.99 after the discounts were applied then it went up to $59.99. The Verizon forward discount was reduced from $30 to $15 without explanation and when it wasn’t near its expiration. I also have price lock so I was surprised to see my bill raise. My last provider didn’t offer a military discount so that was why I switched but at least they didn’t randomly reduce my discounts. Even without the military discount my last provider service was cheaper and gave me the same internet speed. I may be better off switching back if I can’t get this resolved
