Does anyone else feeled like they are being jerked around on the Xbox Amazon Internet deal?

Specifically purchased Internet with Verizon for the Xbox series x deal AND the Amazon GC. Have not received an email and everyone I talk to in customer services says 60-90 day. Pretty much done with it and about to just cancel. Is this a common issue?
