I don’t have a PIN, so I can’t link my 5G home internet to my account. I have talked to multiple live agents, chatted online with customer service, and texted with live agents. No help whatsoever. No one can help. I was told to go to a Verizon store. The only one in my town is an authorized dealer, not a true storefront. The nearest one is 2.5 hrs away. Can’t view my bill. Had to do a one time payment, but gave no idea why the charge was twice what I was expecting. Is there anyone who can help me?
