We are having dropouts and packet loss and often have to click multiple times to get a website to load. When my family is watching something it stops and buffers. My spouse and I work from home so this does pose an issue for us. It is incredibly frustrating.
I have the Verizon Internet Gateway ARC-XCI55AX in central FL and I have moved it multiple times to get a better connection - only after the issue started around a week ago. I only moved it because it was suggested by the support troubleshooting. The issue existed before moving it. Something of note is I started running "mtr-tiny" on my machine and requesting different websites generally known for excellent availability. mtr-tiny is a command line package that "combines the functionality of the 'traceroute' and 'ping' programs in a single network diagnostic tool"
This means it can be used to monitor network status over time. I have run mtr on verizon.com, amazon.com, nasdaq.com, cnn.com, and 12.sub-[phone number removed per the Verizon Terms of Service].myvzw.com. The loss percentages between my gateway and the target url could be caused by rate limiting or high traffic. It's also noteworthy that there's often high ping on the 3rd or 4th hop. I know it's possible to misread these results so I thin it's worth having your engineers look into it, please. Something is definitely off and I believe it is outside of my house. Thanks for your help

Thank you for the screenshots. Do you notice that these issues happen at a certain time of day? Do you have to restart the device to improve service? ~Peter
