Early Termination Fee Reimbursement Form Not Working

I am trying to fill out the form to have my Comcast termination fee refunded to me using the below link:

The form will not allow me to enter my name, email, or upload the PDF of my last comcast bill. I have opened several tickets with Verizon support on this and I have not gotten any resolution. 

How to I submit for my reimbursement signing up for 5G home internet, leaving Comcast, and getting charged $70 by Comcast.

I spent 2-3 hours on CHAT and was transferred like 4 times.  They eventually just agreed to credit my account $70 to cover what I paid Comcast to terminate my contract. Good luck....

I've been having the same issue for well over a month now.  I have spoken to over 40 different people, including billing supervisors...all who have promised to help me.  Still nothing.  I'm tired of fighting with Verizon on it, so I'm just going to file a complaint with the FCC and BBB and let them handle it.

I have the same issue. I signed up for 5g because MY CONTRACT promised reimbursement of my early termination fee. I have spoken with many people. Been to several different Verizon stores. No one can help. Your form does not work. The fields cannot be filled in. 

I am also filing a complaint. I have a huge social media following and am a paid influencer. I WILL ALSO TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THIS.

The same link that you posted above goes to the form that does not work.

Jenaldo, it's great you were able to get 5G Home Internet with us, and qualify for the switching promotion. Reviewing that promotion I see the process involves respnding to an email sent about how to request the contract buyout credit. In that email you use a link to verify yourself with VZ, and then submit your information related to any termination cost with the previous internet provider. Can you give more details, at what part of that process, where you're having issues?

I have the same issue as the other posters. The link in the emailI received leads to a form that does not work. The fields cannot be filled in. The upload button does not work. Numerous customer service reps have tried to help and sent me many links. NONE of them work. On any browser or device. Verizon store cannot help and hold up their hands.

No one can fix this. I have spent hours on it.

I am at my wit's end. Verizon owes me $220.

Update - After spending 2-3 hours on CHAT with 4 different escalation members Verizon could not fix the Buy Out Form for me. The fields will still grey'd out and I could not complete the form.

I eventually requested they simply credit my account the amount I was charged by Comcast for terminating my account to switch to Verizon and they agreed to do so. 

Good luck all! They know the form is broken yet wont fix it....

The form I received in my email and again from a chat rep doesn't work. I am not able to upload and version of my final bill, name, account number, or address. Chat reps told me to call, but it's too late to call now because I was on chat with them for hours! I just switch over to the home internet and I am about ready to switch back because this is not right!! Now I  am chatting with an entirely new person who says I should call in tomorrow? Why is Verizon just leaving me in the dark. This is the only time I have to deal with this!!! Not impressed, I  will be filing a complaint with the BBB! Put out a form that doesn't work and nobody can help you! What absolute not right...who is going to reimburse my 6 hours of trying to find out how to do this?

I know how important it is to get those fees reimbursed, and I would be looking for the same myself. I'd be just as frustrated if I was directed elsewhere after spending so much time dealing with this same concern. i have the same issue , i have been calling verizon customer service countless times since 2/24/24 up until today 3/17/24 i was on the phone for over 2 hours, was transferred to 5 different reps . No one seems to be able to get this form working . I can't fill in the fields for my name, email address, amount, order number . Upload button is greyed out . Submit button is greyed out. 

 

Different reps told me to go to the store . I went to 2 different stores 4 times, the store told me to call customer service there's nothing they can do about it . This is crazy . It has been almost a month since i started calling customer service . I spent at least an hour to 2 every time i called zero progress from customer service . Keeps getting the run around " try tomorrow maybe the site will be working " or " can you try to go to the store they might be able to help " , " i placed an IT ticket we will call you when this is resolved . " 

 

The rep on 2/25 who told me they placed an IT ticket for this Early Termination Fee Reimbursement Form Not Working issue. Turned out i called today 3/15 after i have not heard from verizon for over 3 weeks , a different rep told me " okay i have placed a ticket to get this resolved. i don't see a ticket , but i placed one just now " 

 

this is wild .

I purchased my new 5G Home Internet WiFi  on April  27, 2024 with the promotion to Buy Back my early termination fee from my  Hughesnet Company. On May 23, 2024 I received the email from Verizon to fill out the form and upload the previous wifi company bill with the early termination fee listed. I filled out the amount and upload the copy of the Hughesnet bill with the name and address from the first page, following Verizon instruction, then I got an email back saying that it was not the correct information because it did not listed the early termination fee and to resubmit. I resubmit and was not watch what pdf I selected and upload the same information again. then I was not able put in the correct side of the bill that state: early termination fee  the third time. I call customer service and got transfer five time to different agents and no one could help me. I then went to the store and the manager could not help so they call CS  and I was told the CS Rep  will fill out the request to get the link resend to me in 48 hours. Well I NEVER recieved the link .. I went today Saturday June 1, 2024 to the store again and got to see another manager, who sold me the 5G Home Internet box. She too was getting the run around from CS tech about the issues.  The manager explain to them what happen and the link will not work for me after clicking on it. She was told to give them three business day to view the problem and they will email me. So Here We GO  AGAIN WITH PUSHING ME OFF FOR THREE DAYS.  This is not fair to me as a new customer. I now wish that I went with AT&T buyout program, because my daughter told to use Verizon I select your company. The only place I can go to now for help with this matter will be my channel 4 News Channel since they help with Consumer Issues.
