Hi, we activated our service on March 20 and cancelled our Xfinity service on May 26 to ensure the 5G worked for us. Unfortunately our final bill from Xfinity can’t be generated until July 8 showing the ETF. This unfortunately is past the 90 day window. Is there anyway we can still be reimbursed for the ETF??

Having dealt with something similar myself, I can certainly relate to your concern, Flyrsphl2726. I am here to help. The disconnect date for the old service cannot exceed 90-days. Since you started service with us on 3/20, and ended service with Xfinity on 5/26, you are within that 90-day period. So you'll be good to go to submit your final Xfinity bill when it arrives in July. I hope this helps to offer you the peace of mind you need.
