The early termination fee reimbursement form doesn't work and Verizon knows it but chooses not to fix it- probably hoping that people will give up rather than following up on the reimbursement promised to them. I have tried through the mobile app, mobile browser, on my computer using Safari, Chrome and Edge- cleared history and cache, the form just doesn't work. You can't put anything in the name or email fields, and you cannot upload a PDF of your bill. I have seen complaints in this community going back a year- why is this still an issue Verizon?
