Hi  Verizon Customer support

The website to upload the ETF has been broken, and I am not able to submit the invoice. What is the solution for this issue? Can you give me the email address so that i can share the invoice copy and raise the request?

I see there are a lot of others too who are complaining about this issue, can you resolve it? and I am also nearing my 3 month period to submit the bill. Can you help getting an exception as the issue is from verizon end.

After reading a lot of discussions, i understood that you reach out to me using the private message to collect the details.

Can you please reach out as i am facing trouble submitting the doc and my 90 period to submit the ETF is going to end in the first week of march.

I'm sorry you were having difficulty submitting a form. I hope you can get this uploaded very soon vishgoud. What error are you seeing? What website are you attempting to upload this on?-Joe
