For about the last two weeks, 5G Home Plus has been awful. Speeds in the 1-5mpbs down, maybe getting up to 15 on rare instances. There are only so many times you can chat with someone asking you to do a factory reset of the router/gateway before you want to throw it against the wall and go back to Spectrum or some other service provider.
The access point is just across the street from me with an unobstructed line of sight. When I last tested in December, I was hitting speeds in the 600mbps with occasional burst of 800! If they reprovisioned lines to decrease bandwidth, I get it. But we should at least get the 300 stated in the service contract.
Anyone else with similar results?
