Extremely slow 5G home internet. Phoenix, AZ

I've had this for a while now and didn't have many problem. Right now I am running at >3 Mbps. That's ridiculously slow. Been like this for 3 weeks. 2 weeks ago I chatted with a rep. Still nothing. I called tonight but the home inter dept goes home and I can call again tomorrow. That won't help tonight or for the last 3 weeks. Sounds like they need to come in to work and fix the problems and not leave at 6pm.

RIDICULOUS!

Complaining does not solve anything.

What router do you have? What zip code do you live in?

Are you able to login to the router - go to system status - and give the LTE and 5G signal numbers?

There are multiple providers in Phoenix (Centurylink, Cox, etc.) may I ask why you picked this ISP? (Price, I assume?)

Yes, I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps over and over. Yes, I can login to the router. I've chatted with VZW agents. I haven't been able to call them because the home internet techs leave before I get home from work.  I had COX but they kept having outages and for over double the price and with a 2TB monthly limit, I chose another carrier. In my area at the time it was COX or Verizon. I loved the switch. VZW was great for months.

Since you like to reply with sarcastic overtones, do you think that 1.93 and 1.28 Mbps is acceptable when VZW advertises 30+ Mbps? Like I've said, I've trouble shooted and spent a lot of time with agents in chat. I'm not on the payroll. I shouldn't have to spend this much time. When you're a customer, you generally aren't asked to help the company fix the swrvice that you paying them to provide.

The wheel that sqeeks gets greased. So complaining is exactly appropriate. I've spent way too time on this. I get 200Mbps at night when there's few people awake so it not the router. They have too many people using the same tower is the issue and that causes them to not provide the speeds that they advertise.
