FG Equipment Return

I have contacted customer service on 5 different occasions for assistance with returning the 5G router and extender after cancelling my account.  Each time they tell me I will receive a return kit within 5 days.  I have never received anything from them except empty promises.  I cancelled the account because they promised a $200 Target gift certificate along with a Nintendo Switch for switching to their 5G Internet service.  I did not receive either even after 14 hours of calls with customer service.  I notice many others are having the same problems.  This is terrible service!
