BTW, I'm looking into this on behalf of someone else's account so I'm trying to help them out by looking into it and relay any suggestions to them. I use the location where the box is and of course, have bandwidth issues there.

Thanks for checking. Since I received a response that an antenna could not be added to this device, I don't know what to do since the Upload/Download speeds are around 10mbps.
