Fair oaks poor customer service

Fair oaks, ca.   they told me internet service available in my area.  Gave me a box.  Because of other issues I had to go to corporate store, they checked, the fair oaks store put my internet under someone else’s address!  I went right back over to give them back the box and they were rude, unhelpful and told me they couldn’t help me.  They said it was available in my area.  I doubled check and it’s not.

We're sorry about the experience you had at the store. We don't want any of our customers to deal with these type of issues, and we want to make sure everything was taken care of. Were you able to return your Xbox and cancel your internet?
