I signed up for 5G home internet but before the 30th day, decided I would stick with my current provider. I requested to cancel the service and the gentleman i spoke with said he would ship a return kit. I am waiting a week and nothing, so i called and the next rep said it was because my address was wrong (which isn't possible because I been here for a minute) but she said she would resend the return kit. A few weeks pass and it slipped my mind and next thing you know I am charged a non-return fee of $200. I speak with someone via chat who said take it to the store. I went to 5 different stores. Every single one said they could not accept it because it was signed up using an authorized retailer. I tried taking it back to that location and they advised they cannot accept Verizon returns. So, I called into someone who said they would notate my account, and I could go into the store to return it, which that did not change anything. Finally, a manager at a location near my home stated they can't accept it but she printed me a return label. Package was already boxed up so i placed the label and shipped it. Here we are months later, and they are telling me they cannot reverse the fee. This has caused me so many issues with my account to where additional late fees, and disconnection fees are making it hard to keep up. No one cares about how they have their device back and still keeping my money.
