I’ve been seeing the tile on my account up until the 64th day. On the 65th day it disappeared. I gave it a week. I googled Verizon phone numbers to talk to a real person. This is the number I called. 800-922-0204. A gentleman named John answered and I told him what happened. He said he would be happy to get my promotional TV to me. He told me he will email me a ticket number, which he did. Then he said he was working on emailing me a link to Samsung with all the info to redeem my TV. He did that too. He explained how to fill out the info and put it in my cart to checkout. So, the emailed link showed up about 10 minutes after the ticket number. I did all this on my laptop because doing it by phone not all the info showed up. I followed directions, put it in my cart with the balance due showing $0.00. Filled in shipping info. Sure enough the TV was shipped out that same day, 3 days ago. I received my TV this afternoon by UPS. I set it up and it’s working perfectly. So, don’t give up, help is there. Call the 800# I just showed. The length of my phone call from start to finish lasted 35 minutes.
