First bill estimate?

I am new to Verizon.  I'm looking at my upcoming bill estimate and it shows two different amounts. There is one for about $109 and another which is labeled 'new monthly amount' for about $61.  Are they going to bill me both of those amounts the first month?  Is this how much my bill will be every  month?  Thanks in advance for any insight.

Verizon postpays your partial current month and your next month on your first bill. This is normal. Your next bill will be the price you signed up for.
