Before I purchased 5g internet, I specifically asked if I needed to return the router when I was done with the service. I was told NO that the router was mine because I had paid for it that day. 1 year later, I throw my router away while moving to a new apartment. When I cancel, I am told that there is a charge for not returning it, I explain the situation in the VZ chat to the rep and she tells me not to worry about it and it’s taken care of. There is HISTORY of this in Verizon’s system of her telling me that. However, I am charged the $200 anyway. I have called customer service multiple times and wasted 2 hours of my time and no one will help me. This is fraud!!! Someone please fix this!!! I did not budget for this!!!!!
