Before I purchased 5g internet, I specifically asked if I needed to return the router when I was done with the service. I was told NO that the router was mine because I had paid for it that day. 1 year later, I throw my router away while moving to a new apartment. When I cancel, I am told that there is a charge for not returning it, I explain the situation in the VZ chat to the rep and she tells me not to worry about it and itโ€™s taken care of. There is HISTORY of this in Verizonโ€™s  system of her telling me that. However, I am charged the $200 anyway. I have called customer service multiple times and wasted 2 hours of my time and no one will help me. This is fraud!!! Someone please fix this!!! I did not budget for this!!!!!
