Promised free gifts, called to find out where they were. Spent over an hour on the phone, holding on and waiting only to be told to check this website. Well, that didn' t do squat. What is wrong with this company, don't make promises if you don't give what you say. Very unhappy with this company. I am ready to switch , all they want is money and no service.
I want my free gifts, it looks like many people are waiting just like me. what gives?

I have the same question. I bought Verizon Home Internet and my rebates are on my receipt but when I click either one of those links, they go to a 404 page. Both of those rebates say to claim before 10/26/205 and I have been trying to do that for several days. It should not be complicated like this. I was even sent an email to claim one of them, and the link doesn't take be to anything recognizable regarding my rebate.
