- I signed up for the 5G home internet in June 1st, and the salesperson who came to my door (his name is Andy) told me that I’d be eligible for a Nintendo Switch or $200 Home Depot gift card. Well, here we are over 65 days later and there’s absolutely no hint of either of these perks anywhere nor any directions on how to claim one of them. My “personal rep” Andy conveniently unreachable. So, Verizon—would appreciate some help! Thanks

Hello, Dbrun18. Help is here as we definitely want to provide you some info to assist and resolve your concerns. I do see you stated Verizon Home Internet but I just need to be sure, this is not regarding Verizon Fios, correct? And the service was activated on 6/1? Please let us know as we may need to check the account.

Hi there. Thank you. Correct, this was not the Fios. I signed up for service on June 1st, and received my modem a few days later. I appreciate you looking into this. Andy was my sales rep who assured me of the promo gift, his number is +1 (570) [phone number removed per the Verizon Terms of Service]. Thanks,
Don
