Gift card $200 Verizon

I placed an order and the site had a $200 Verizon gift card if i finish my order so of course i did . You can see the order in the confirmation email for the gift card got the item no gift card asked a rep said wait 7 days for gift card to be mailed waited no gift card. Did a chat rep was saying no you going to get a switch and a $200 target gift card. I told the rep didn't know what they were talking about then they said gift card was applied to order. Then they said I didn't have a gift card in my account. Please help. First time anyone had lied to me about an item for a sale or to upsell an item. Trust has been broken.

it was a offer when I was signing up to get a iPhone a flash offer to complete my purchase you can see the gift card in my order confirmation but it was never sent with the new line and iPhone.
