Has anyone Received the December promotion for Xbox c, Verizon gift card and Amazon gift card

Has anyone received the promotion for the Xbox x, $100 Verizon gift card and Amazon’s echo show or Amazon $200 gift card? I’ve have spoken to verizon agents many times and no one can help me. I got 5g internet online on december 16 and I only received the Amazon gift card. Ive been a customer for over 10 years and I’ve never had these many problems trying to redeem a promotion. I hope my issue gets resolved quickly
