Has anyone received the promotion for the Xbox x, $100 Verizon gift card and Amazon’s echo show or Amazon $200 gift card? I’ve have spoken to verizon agents many times and no one can help me. I got 5g internet online on december 16 and I only received the Amazon gift card. Ive been a customer for over 10 years and I’ve never had these many problems trying to redeem a promotion. I hope my issue gets resolved quickly
Hey buddy I got my Xbox. But I am still very unsatisfied with the service, I wish I would have stayed with Xfinity

Can you share with us, were you able to complete the redemption process for these offers? When you have worked with previous representatives, were we able to offer any updates or did we complete anything on your account to assist with moving your promotional offers in the correct direction?
