Hi, after 4 calls and waiting almost 30 business days I have yet to receive a return label or box to send back the home internet equipment I have. At this point I’m a little more than mad due to the fact that I’ve been charged $200 for equipment that I’m trying to give back to you. Quite frankly this is unacceptable so after being told 4 times now that a box and label will be sent I’m definitely a bit skeptical. So how do we solve this issue? I need a solution asap because again I’m not paying $200 for your company screwing up something as simple as sending a box to my house. Which by the way I made sure to spell out my address every time like I was talking to a child and was assured that my address was inserted correctly. Fix this now.
