I signed up for 5G internet last year (maybe August or September 2024). I was promised a $200 Home Depot gift card at the time, and was told it would show up as a reward in my account. Surprise, it never did. Now I've made several calls to Verizon, spending several hours of my time getting the runaround. Each time I was promised a resolution in the form of an email (probably just to get me off the phone). Today, I requested a supervisor and was hung up on after spending another 40 min of my time. At this point, Verizon owes me a $200 gift card in addition to my hourly rate. So disappointing, yet not surprising. I wonder how many other people they've sc*mmed?
