I have had NOTHING but issues trying to claim my Home Depot gift card after purchasing home wifi. I have spent well over 5hrs on the phone. Each time the rep tells me they will ensure I receive the email link to claim my promo. I wait the 5 days and receive nothing. Today, again, I was told the issue will be escalated and will have to wait 5 days for an outcome. But this time I was told after 5 days, I will receive the gift card in the mail.
This is absolutely absurd and should NOT be this difficult. Luckily, I am a person that will push the issue. What happens w/the older generation that does not know how to pursue the issue?
Verizon needs to rectify this issue and make the process easier. It seems to me that makes it difficult on purpose,
