Home Internet Connection Issues Occurring Daily

I have contacted Verizon several times in October 2025 and I’m not getting any help. The agents tell me how good they are and my problem will solved today. So far no help. Does anyone know if this issues is being worked on?  I’m looking at alternatives. I have tried the turning  off and  back on.

What has happened to Verizon? Ai responded to the private message and they just stopped responding. Very surprised.
