I just switched to Verizon from another carrier and was thinking about ordering 5G Internet online and get $200 Home Depot card.
A couple days ago I headed to Verizon store to pick up new phone order. Guys there asked about Home Internet Plus and told, that they have the same Home Depot gift card or Nintendo Switch promo as online.
All I have to do- just sign paperwork, get router, activate service at home and then request gift card through my account.
So now, after I activated 5G internet, I’m trying to find where I can claim gift card, and I can’t find anything in my account.
Does anyone have any idea or advice what should I do?
I have just feeling that they lied me at store to sell home internet.
Any help is very appreciated.
