All of the 5G Home plans are unlimited. Pricing depends on whether you have it standalone, or bundled in with a cellular phone plan. Same goes for what speed package you get (100Mbps, 300Mbps, or up to 1Gbps depending on the area).
I believe for a lot of people, the plans start at about $35/m if you add it to an existing Verizon Wireless account. Effectively, the price you see on the website is what you would pay. The cost is a little more if your account is standalone - about $60/m IIRC, for the 100Mbps/10Mbps plan. 300Mbps/20Mbps is an extra $20/m.
Just to toss it out there, if you're in a Fios area, Verizon won't sell 5G Internet if Fios is available. Fios is $55/m for 300Mbps/300Mbps.
