Home LTE no longer prioritized.

I have had three phone calls and multiple chats about the slow speed and high latency. I have been sent two gateways and all have the same issue. I have been told that Home LTE will no longer be prioritized on my tower and that I need to be switched to 5G. The number that I was given is answered by an automated message that speaks Spanish and then hangs up. I have been told that a tech will be dispatched to the tower to fix the issue, but that was an obvious lie. Today, I finally had a tech give me a ticket number, but there is no way to check the status. 

Is Home LTE no longer being prioritized over phones?  If this is true then I will move all of my lines to another carrier. Verizon shouldn't change my service without telling me. If they sold me something, then they should support it for more than two or three years.
