The download speed is slow for my son's PS5 while using the home wifi. How do I get a technician to come out and provide an ethernet adapter box, so that I can just plug his system into the wall using the coax plate? You can never get a live person on the phone. It's always AI or chat box.

I'm pretty sure that's out of scope and you'll need to hire a third party to do such.

Like scott31339 mentioned that is not something we would be able to offer, as far as having a wired connection installed in your home. We do want to make sure that your home internet is running as expected, and as a gamer myself, I know how important it is for the bandwidth to be reliable. I wanted to learn more about this; How far from the route is the PS5? What type of speeds do you get when performing speed test on Wi-Fi at this location?
