I signed up for Verizon's 5G Home Plus internet this past August, my first time using their home internet service. As part of the promotion, I was promised a $200 Home Depot gift card or rayban meta glasses, which I would receive via email and the app after 60 days of service. However, once the 60 days passed, I didn’t receive the gift card. Now no one knows what I'm talking about and they wiped all mention of it off their website.
Why do they deceive people into starting service?

I was told the exact same thing. I have been wondering where this gift card or promotion is at. I’ll cancel my service if I have to & go elsewhere for wifi.

I want yo know where my gift card is too. We have had Verizon Internet since July or August and have seen no mention of a gift card.

Hi chezel57! This was a limited time promotion that was available for new service during a specific time period. If you did have that promotion as part of your original order, let us know, and we can certainly check on the promotion together!

Exact same problem here, only I've now spent 3 hours on the phone with Verizon over the past months trying to rectify it, each tune being promised a solution in the form of an email.... nothing. I hope you got your card. I've spent way more than $200 of my time trying to get the card I was initially promised. If I had other options for Wifi, I'd take them.
