I signed up about 3 months ago and was promised free internet for 6 months along with free equipment and 2 day shipping. Well 1 month I got a bill for not only the service but equipment and shipping. I contacted Verizon and told they were sorry I would not receive another bill until the end of the 6 months. Well I got another bill a couple days ago for 2 months of service which is supposed to be free thru the forward program. I woke up this morning and they cut my service. I canโt even chat thru the app without restoring service.
