Stupid Verizon won’t send me a return kit after months asking my bill because more and more as they say oh we went it we sent it no you obv didn’t cause instead you guys send a bill to my place but can’t send a box and label to return an equipment to get the 500 from switching to you guys been over this then you guys suspended my services asking to pay it like tf send the label and box so I can return the equipment and get the 500 credited on my account like promised it’s all so unprofessional tryna just milk peoples money don’t help been an outgoing issue for months and u guys expect me to be nice tf
