So I got Verizon 5g for my home on October 26 that was supposed to give me a promotion for a HomePod or 200.00 gift card. After not receiving sn email to redeem, I contacted customer service. Fast forward to January 8 and I get an email saying due to a system error, I will be getting a $333.00 Verizon gift card with an email to redeem. It is not February 8, so I once again call and am told to wait another 4 weeks. I don’t know what I have to do to get this issue resolved.
