How do I get the Verizon Forward credit?

I have recently ordered 5G Home Internet. I have ACP, which is already showing on my account as a $30 credit; however, the Verizon Forward credit is not showing up. I’ve been going on the Verizon Forward Program webpage to apply for the Verizon Forward credit, but it shows, “You are already receiving the ACP discount. Continue exploring plans”, but It makes no mention if I’m getting the Verizon Forward discount. 

What do I have to do to get the Verizon Forward credit? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Congratulations on your new services! Verizon Forward will auto add for qualifying lines of service and typically applies within 1-2 billing cycles. When was your new internet service purchased and activated?

Thanks, I’m really enjoying Verizon’s 5G Home Internet!

I received the 5G Home Internet device a few days ago on the 23rd of February.  

The reason for my post is that I’m concerned that I won’t be getting Verizon Forward, as it’s not showing on my account, whereas the ACP (Affordable Connect Program) credit, and the Mobile + Home Discount are already showing on my account.  I’m just worried when ACP runs out that the Verizon Forward credit won’t be there for me.

We understand your concern and we want to ensure that the Verizon Forward benefit automatically applies to eligible lines and it can take 1-2 bill cycles to apply. If you do not see any update after 2 bill cycles, please let us know so that we can investigate further.

Thanks for responding! Is there any way right now to check if my lines are eligible for Verizon Forward, or do I have to wait 1-2 billing cycles?
