How long do i have to keep service for the xbox promotion

I got the Verizon internet service after having terrible issues with another internet provider. At the time Verizon had a special xbox promotion. I've had service since November 24, 2024.I recently found out the my landlord is selling the house I'm living in, and I need to move, which is fine but the place I'm moving doesn't offer Verizon internet in that area. I'm very disappointed because I absolutely Love the internet service, especially not having to run wires everywhere....I've always had the phone service with no issues.

How long do I need to keep this service and not have to send back the xbox and pay restocking fees, I can't seem to find it on my agreement.
