How to contact for help for billing

I have a question about my next billing, however I can't connect to ask my question. The "chat" box just keeps trying to connect, but doesn't. I can call the 800 number, but it sends messages to my router phone number. I don't have a Verizon phone, so is it possible to connect to Verizon help using my phone number, not Verizon? Can I get help using my email? Thank you!

I was able to solve this by switching browsers from Chrome to Firefox. Thanks!
