I cancelled 5G Home Internet then suddenly couldn't access to Verizon account to obtain the shipping label to ship the device back. So, I called customer service to request a shipping label and got it 3-4 days later. I packed everything as they way it came in initially and dropped it off at UPS. A month later I got the bill that charged me for unreturned device for $216. Then, I called the customer service to request the investigation on the return device and I have the tracking number. Today, I called them again and the representative said that they have rejected because they couldn't locate the device?!?
