I haven't received the 5G Home Internet Promotion for Xbox Series X

I signed up for the promotion for the 5G Home Internet  Plus. 

So far, I only received the Amazon gift card offer, not the Xbox Series X.  I  can see the tile to redeem the Amazon gift card, but not the Xbox Series X on my Verizon account. 

I called and chatted with different agents in the past 2 days, and I keep getting different answers. 

An agent just told me I need to wait 65 days to get the Xbox offer. Another agent told me I should receive it within 5 business days. Another agent told me I should get it right after I activated the service. 

Xbox is the reason I signed up. If this is not the case, I'd like to cancel the service.

I submitted the order online and now Verizon has determined that I'm not eligible for it since the process was done by inside sales. I'm so confused.

I’ve been having the same issue and chat agents have told me three different things and I’m confused as well. Is there someone that could assist me as well?
