I upgraded my home internet to receive a “so called,” better price and a free Samsung tv. I advise DO NOT DO IT!! I have now been paying for 2 home internet routers, and can’t seem to get a customer service representative to understand that I only need one. Also I redeemed the offer for the free TV, only to receive a shattered tv. So then contacted Samsung and they will not replace the TV. and tell you to advise Verizon. Then Verizon sends u in circles again with their customer service! It’s a complete waste of time, money, and energy! Verizon has the worst customer service, and now I believe Samsung does as well!
