Is there someone at this Verizon forum who can help me! I too like countless others have NOT received my Target giftcard for signing up with Verizon fios 5G internet. I signed up in MARCH and received an email in June to redeem it. It never arrived. I called on Friday and they said 48 hrs. Well..again, it never came. I keep getting the run around abt checking my spam. I never have spam. I'm very organized with my emails. Verizon said my digital Gift Card would come from Blawk Hawk. We'll it hasnt. Is someone doing an inside job where they are stealing the GC? I'm new to Verizon with their mobile plan as well. This makes me want to leave Verizon. Someone needs to help me. This is insane Verizon! Come on!
