Please be aware of Internet WIFI  at  local franchise store. Had the 30 day WIFI Modem  promotion. Decided that it didn't meet my expectations. Went through the process of having a return kit delivered via Verizon service. The deliver date had past, gave them a call only to learn that the Verizon Sale representative activated the modem to an address in another states.  Verizon was transparent and reveal that it's a Nationwide problem that Corporate Office is reluctant to address. 

Spoke to at least 7 different customer service rep on various occasion trying to still get the return kit sent to my residence.  It's been a month and counting and no kit.

Reached out to Executive Leadership to rectify the problem which was even worse. Took it to the local store to return it, they would accept it. Now have a $200 dollar fee on my account.  

What has the world come to !!!!
