IP Passthrough?

I have the same problems as here.  Except ring cameras and not blink.  They only add and work when out of ip passthrough mode.

Apparently IP Passthrough is the issue.

I am using the tall 6e box not the small square white box with 6 olny.  Has ip passthrough been fixed yet?

Disabling all the wifi radios works and then I use my velops.  But that creates a double NAT as another user noted in the second thread I linked.

Is there any work around or fix?  Or do I need to start looking for another provider.  Comcst was terrible too.  And AT&T and tmobile home internet don't allow bridge either.  Been with verizon almost 16 months and would hate to switch.

For a while I had to route my Ring cameras thru my secondary internet/DSL because they did the same issue for me, and then it magically worked again. I think it's when I got IPV6 finally working properly thru my whole network . I have the ASK square box. But yes, my Ring cameras work with IP passthrough!

We're sorry to read about the issue with your Ring cameras. Are you setting them up again or are you using the same Wi-Fi login info from previous service? ~Peter

I exchanged the modem today.  Same thing.  No luck.  I ordered att fiber.  He's coming Friday.  It's probably better.

Mine were never working either while in IP pass through/bridge mode.  Today I went into the modem and turned off IPv6 and now my cameras came back online almost immediately.  Thank goodness.

Well they stopped working again, every time I switch it on/off it only lasts for a while then they go back offline.
